MICHAEL A. URSILLO, Partner Mike was Chief Law Clerk for the Trial Court Clerk Pool of the Rhode Island Superior Court, and served as Law Clerk to the Honorable Thomas F. Kelleher, Senior Associate Justice of the Rhode Island Supreme Court. Among his many public service appointments, he is currently a member of the Rhode Island Board of Bar Examiners and the Rhode Island Supreme Court Committee on Character and Fitness.

Scott Ritch’s practice concentrates in the area of commercial lending, representing lenders and borrowers in all kinds of financing transactions. He has extensive experience in real estate construction and other real estate lending as well as asset-based, other commercial secured and unsecured lending, and acquisition financing and in the areas of foreclosure and loan "workout" situations .
Scott’s practice also involves all areas and aspects of real estate law, with particular emphasis on commercial real estate and commercial leasing. He has represented developers in the acquisition, development and sale of various types of commercial real estate, including office buildings, shopping centers and condominium projects. He has particular experience in commercial lease transactions including ground leases, industrial leases and leasehold mortgages.
